Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3‑5 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited options based on your location.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 5‑10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary and could be subject to customs delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: SPEC Simulations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages: SPEC Simulations is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
