Questions, answered.
How long until my order ships?
In-stock orders process in 2–4 business days from Los Angeles, or 3–5 from China, before transit. Orders built on a production run are different: production takes about 45–60 days, counted from the day after the run's cutoff, and shipping is on top of that.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Enter your address at checkout: if we have a rate for your country, you see it there and order as normal. Orders outside the U.S. ship direct from our China warehouse. If checkout can't ship your cart to your address, send it to us instead. We price the shipping by hand and email you an invoice.
Can I pick up locally?
Temporarily unavailable. Our Los Angeles warehouse is having work done, so local pickup is paused — every order ships instead. We will turn it back on here as soon as the work is finished.
What does the warranty cover?
Every rig carries a 2-year warranty. If a part arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund it.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders on a production run can be cancelled for a full refund until the run's cutoff date. After that your colors are in the anodizing tank, made for your order, so it can no longer be cancelled. The cutoff date is on the product page and in your confirmation email. Everything else can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships.
