4080 Aluminum Extrusion 1300mm

When I started designing the SPEC-282, every off-the-shelf extrusion felt like a compromise. The finishes were inconsistent, the tolerances sloppy, and none of them allowed the clean cable routing I wanted. They looked like construction hardware — not something worthy of your setup. So we made our own.

These profiles come from fully custom dies built specifically for wire-tucking. The internal geometry and slot layout let us tuck more cables for an ultra-clean rig setup with no mess and no bulges.

At 1300 mm this is the longest 4080 we make — the crossbar that carries the side screens on the Adaptive Heavy Duty Triple Monitor Stand. Matte anodized in Abyss Black.
